Summary: | The invention relates to a processing method for preparing fast-hardening early-strength oil well cement with industrial waste slag. The method adopts the raw materials of, by weight, 60-75 parts of limestone, 10-15 parts of red sandstone, 3-6 parts of phosphorous slag, 4-7 parts of steel slag, and 1-5 parts of calcium-enriched slag. The processing method comprises the following steps: the raw materials are ground and homogenized with a raw material grinding system; the homogenized raw material is calcined into a clinker in a kiln; the clinker is ground, wherein 0.5-2.5% of silica fume and 2.5-4.5% of gypsum are added into the clinker during the grinding process. According to the invention, CaO and MgO in the steel slag, phosphorous slag and calcium-enriched slag exist in a form of non-carbonate, such that CO2 emission during the clinker calcination process can be reduced. Also, the steel slag and phosphorous slag serve as crystal seeds during clinker calcination, such that clinker calcination temperature is reduced, and unit clinker calcination energy consumption can be reduced. |
