Summary: | The invention discloses a floating mechanism used for a manipulator. The floating mechanism used for the manipulator sequentially comprises a first shell, a second shell, a third shell, a fourth shell, a locking block arranged on the first shell, and a floating installation block arranged below the fourth shell from top to bottom, wherein the first shell is provided with a through gas pipe connector and is internally provided with a pneumatic mechanism communicated with the through gas pipe connector and used for providing airflow; the second shell is internally provided with a piston capable of moving downwards under the airflow action; the third shell is internally provided with a transmission limiting mechanism capable of moving downwards along with the piston until making contact with the fourth shell and being fixed; the top of the floating installation block penetrates through the fourth shell and is fixedly connected with the transmission limiting mechanism. The floating installation block can float up and down, front and back and left and right, the floating range is 0-0.05 mm, and when guide positioning mechanisms on two mechanisms interact with each other, the mechanisms on the manipulator can be accurately positioned through airflow. |
