The invention discloses a device for collecting blood of a special patient by clinical laboratory, which comprises a lying plate and an ultrasonic probe, wherein the left side and the right side of the lying plate are hinged with a first movable plate and a second movable plate respectively; the rear end of the lying plate is connected with a first sliding seat; a first electric sliding block is connected onto the first sliding seat; a second sliding seat is connected onto the first electric sliding block; a second electric sliding block is connected onto the second sliding seat; one side, close to the lying plate, of the second electric sliding block is connected with a connection rod whose bottom part is provided with two inverted U-type silica gel blocks transversely arranged in parallel; and the upper end of the connection rod is connected with the ultrasonic probe via a universal connection rod. Through the devices sliding vertically and horizontally under electric control, an electric pressing device and the ultrasonic probe device whose direction can be adjusted randomly, a clinical laboratory personnel can easily collect the blood of a special patient in the only one person condition, and thus, blood collection on the patient of the kind in the future is more convenient.
