The invention provides a television signal processing device. The television signal processing device comprises a power supply module, a signal receiver, a radio frequency choke and a duplexer, wherein the power supply module is used for supplying power to the signal receiver and the duplexer; the signal receiver is used for receiving a satellite television signal or a ground television signal; the radio frequency choke is connected with the power supply module, and is used for filtering the ground television signal or the satellite television signal and controlling the power supply module to supply power to the signal receiver; and the duplexer is used for separating the satellite television signal from the ground television signal, and outputting the received satellite television signal the ground television signal respectively. According to the television signal processing device and the television top set box provided by the embodiment of the invention, a way of separating the ground television signal from the satellite signal is adopted, so that the television signal processing device and the television top set box have the advantages of high gain, low noise system, high insolation degree and low reflection loss.
