Summary: | The invention discloses a testing device for testing impact resistance of a coated tool. The testing apparatus comprises a fixing platform, wherein an objective table is arranged on one side of the fixing platform; a sample pressing plate is fixed on one side of the objective table and used for fixing a sample; the sample is in contact with adapters; the adapters are connected with a force sensor; the other side of the force sensor is connected with a piezoelectric actuator; the piezoelectric actuator is connected with a lead screw; both the piezoelectric actuator and the lead screw are fixed on the fixing platform through a piezoelectric actuator pressing plate and supporting nuts so as to apply voltage signals of different forms, different occupation ratios and different frequencies to the piezoelectric actuator, the piezoelectric actuator generates corresponding impact force, and the impact force is applied to the sample through the force sensor and the adapters. According to the testing device, the problems that the impact force signal form is single, the occupation ratio is fixed, the frequency is relatively low and the test table is larger in area when ballistic motion is realized by the conventional traction electromagnet and pneumatic device are effectively solved. |
