Summary: | The invention relates to a coupler. The coupler comprises a coupler body and lock nuts. The two lock nuts are installed at the two ends of the coupler body respectively. Clamping jaw parts are arranged on the coupler body. The lock nuts apply pressure to the radial inner sides of the clamping jaw parts after being installed, and then the clamping jaw parts and shafts are locked. According to the coupler, the structural mode that the clamping jaw parts are subjected to stress deformation to press the input and output shafts is adopted, the clamping jaw parts and the input and output shafts are locked through the lock nuts, larger torque can be transmitted, and connection is more reliable. The clamping jaw parts are evenly distributed, the center of mass is located in the center, and the clamping jaw parts meet the high-speed rotation requirement. The coupler body and the lock nuts are made of plastic or metal through injection molding and turning. Machining is simple; cost is low; the structure is compact; the coupler is suitable for small and medium structure transmission and relatively wide in use range. |
