Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a Fe-Cr-Co alloy thin strip magnet, and relates to iron-base alloy containing chromium and cobalt and the preparation method of the Fe-Cr-Co alloy thin strip magnet with Si and/or Ti added. The preparation method includes the steps of preparing raw materials according to the mass percent of (60.5-0.5y+z)Fe-(27.5-x-0.5y-z)Cr-12Co-xSi-yTi, wherein x ranges from 0 to 1.5, y ranges from 0 to 1, z ranges from 0.5 to 2, and x and y can not be equal to 0 at the same time; preparing a Fe-Cr-Co type mother alloy ingot; preparing a Fe-Cr-Co type alloy thin strip; conducting multi-step aging on the Fe-Cr-Co type alloy thin strip to prepare the Fe-Cr-Co alloy thin strip magnet with high coercivity, high practicability and micron-sized thickness. The preparation method overcomes the defects that in the prior art, when thin slices with millimeter-size thickness are prepared, production difficulty is high, cost is high, efficiency is low and product magnetic hardness is low. |
