Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method for a continuous carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide material. The method comprises the following steps: prepreg tape preparation: a step of taking at least 3 bundles of continuous carbon fibers, and carrying out preheating; subjecting the preheated carbon fibers to passing through a dipping mold head, wherein a polyphenylene sulfide solution is inside a channel of the dipping mold head, and temperature of the dipping mold head is 305 DEG C to 400 DEG C; allowing the carbon fibers out of the dipping mold head and then carrying out a first heating, wherein temperature of the first heating is 300 DEG C to 360 DEG C; carrying out cooling and then carrying out a second heating, wherein the temperature of the second heating is 300 DEG C to 360 DEG C; subjecting the continuous carbon fibers to pulling out through a puller, and carrying out cooling and cutting so as to obtain a prepreg tape. According to the invention, through the preparation of the prepreg tape with uniformly-distributed resin and controllable fiber content, the prepreg tape has high content of resin, so strength of the polyphenylene sulfide material is improved; meanwhile, the preparation method in the invention is simple in preparation process and is free of environmental pollution. |
