Summary: | The invention relates to a method for producing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural through agricultural and forest waste. The method comprises the steps that 1, the agricultural and forest waste is treated by using distilled water with certain pressure and temperature, and hemicellulose and lignin in the agricultural and forest waste are removed; 2, cellulose is extracted from the agricultural and forest waste of which the hemicellulose and the lignin are removed by using distilled water with certain pressure and temperature; 3, the obtained cellulose is placed in water with certain pH, temperature and pressure to react for a certain period, and a solution which is rich in the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is obtained; 4, filtering and reduced pressure distillation are conducted on the obtained solution which is rich in the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, and a 5-hydroxymethylfurfural product of which the purity ranges from 90% to 95% and the yield is 45wt% is obtained. Compared with similar technologies, the method for producing the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural through the agricultural and forest waste has the advantages that resource utilization of the agricultural and forest waste can be better achieved, and the ideas of circular economy and sustainable development of society are achieved. |
