Light blue jun porcelain and method for experimental verification of furnace transmutation features thereof
The invention discloses light blue jun porcelain. The light blue jun porcelain is prepared from, by weight, 18-21 parts of Datong soil, 50-55 parts of quartz, 15-20 parts of calcite, 5-9 parts of potassium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-3 parts of ferric oxide, and 0.2-0.6 part of tita...

Summary: | The invention discloses light blue jun porcelain. The light blue jun porcelain is prepared from, by weight, 18-21 parts of Datong soil, 50-55 parts of quartz, 15-20 parts of calcite, 5-9 parts of potassium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-3 parts of ferric oxide, and 0.2-0.6 part of titanium dioxide through firing. The formula composition is simple, the values of Fe<+2>/Fe<+3> in jun glaze are different due to the fact that temperature atmospheres at different positions in a kiln are nonuniform, color is different due to difference in light absorptivity, difference in split-phase dimension and morphology of jun glaze is caused due to the fact that temperature atmospheres at different positions in the kiln are nonuniform, and as a result, different colors are formed, and it is deduced in theory that the glazing color of the light blue jun porcelain changes among sky blue, azure and pale blue along with the change of firing temperature. The invention further discloses a method for experimental verification of furnace transmutation features of the light blue jun porcelain. The experimental scheme verifies the furnace transmutation features of the light blue jun porcelain, can be applied to model ceramic and glass coloring research, and has great significance in the ceramic technology. |
