Summary: | The invention discloses a cracking-resistant glass container and a preparation method thereof. The cracking-resistant glass container is prepared from the following raw materials including, by weight, 34-48 parts of silica fume, 26-42 parts of magnesite, 18-29 parts of magnesium aluminate spinel, 4-9 parts of nickel acetate, 5-10 parts of ammonium hexafluorotitanate, 15-25 parts of fluorapatite, 3-7 parts of manganese phosphate, 10-15 parts of calcium-magnesium silicate whisker, 7-14 parts of titanium diboride, 14-27 parts of steel slag powder, 4-7 parts of potassium nitrate and 5-8 parts of auxiliaries. According to the cracking-resistant glass container and the preparation method thereof, through the addition of appropriate the titanium diboride, the magnesium aluminate spinel, the calcium-magnesium silicate whisker and other reinforcement raw materials, the prepared glass container is not only good in cracking-resistant performance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance but also high in mechanical strength, the cracking can be effectively prevented, the safety and the reliability are achieved, and the service life is long. |
