The invention relates to an automatic material-replacing device of a bag making machine. The automatic material-replacing device of the bag making machine comprises a machine frame. Air cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the machine frame. The upper ends of the air cylinders on the two sides are hinged to the machine frame and the lower ends of the air cylinders on the two sides are connected with movable connecting rods. The front ends of the movable connecting rods are connected with the air cylinders, the middles of the movable connecting rods are hinged to the machine frame, and protrusions having the effect of blocking a rotating shaft where raw materials are installed are arranged at the tail ends of the movable connecting rods. Fixed connecting rods are arranged on the machine frame. Each fixed connecting rod is provided with a notch used for containing the rotating shaft. Each movable connecting rod is connected with the machine frame through a connecting piece penetrating through the corresponding fixed connecting rod. The distance between each connecting piece and the end of the corresponding fixed connecting rod is smaller than that between the connecting piece and the protrusion on the corresponding movable connecting rod. When the air cylinders are in the retracted state, the connecting points of the air cylinders and the movable connecting rods are higher than the connecting pieces. Automatic material replacing is conducted through cooperation of the air cylinders, the movable connecting rod and the fixed connecting rods so as to replace manual material replacing, and therefore time and labor are saved.
