The invention provides an automatic train luggage taking and placing device. A lifting mechanism comprises pulleys and rigid ropes. The pulleys are connected to a top board through the rigid ropes and the rigid ropes are connected to a platform mechanism. The platform mechanism comprises a platform, a roller and conveyor belts. The roller is sleeved with the conveyor belts. A luggage lifting mechanism is arranged between the platform mechanism and the top board and comprises clamping boards, lead screws, flat boards, screw rods, supporting rods, steel wires and multi-stage pipes. The flat boards are connected to the top board in a sliding manner. The lead screws are arranged below the flat boards and connected with the multi-stage pipes. The multi-stage pipes are connected with the clamping boards. The middle positions of the flat boards are provided with the vertical screw rods. The clamping boards on the two sides are connected through the steel wires. Baffles are arranged behind the clamping boards. The automatic train luggage taking and placing device has the beneficial effects that the workload for taking and placing luggage by manpower can be reduced and the luggage is placed in order and safely.
