Summary:The invention discloses a two-component embossed composite non-woven fabric and a production method thereof. The two-component embossed composite non-woven fabric comprises a spunbonded non-woven fabric layer and a hot air non-woven fabric layer; a non-woven fabric layer printed with color texture patterns is arranged between the spunbonded non-woven fabric layer and the hot air non-woven fabric layer; a texture layer formed by a plurality of raised bead chain bodies arranged transversely and longitudinally are arranged on the surfaces of the spunbonded non-woven fabric layer and the hot air non-woven fabric layer; each bead chain body comprises a plurality of big bead bodies and a plurality of small bead bodies; the big bead bodies and the small bead bodies are alternately arranged, and each big bead body is connected with the corresponding small bead body. Through the structure, the produced non-woven fabric is higher in stereoscopic sensation and adsorptivity, and meanwhile, is beautiful, high in air permeability, soft and comfortable.
