Summary:The invention discloses a producing method and product of a regeneration solid wood finger joint laminated board. The producing method comprises the following steps that waste battens for building construction are purchased; nails and surface impurities are removed; the ends of the waste battens are cut through a right-angle edge cutting machine, and the waste battens are classified according the thickness and dried; the ends of the waste battens are cut and combed through a comb machine; the toothed surfaces, obtained through combing, of the waste battens are coated with glue; the waste battens are spliced and lengthened through an automatic lengthening machine and cut to a regulated length; a multifunctional multi-blade saw is used for fixing the width and the thickness of the waste battens and removing surface impurities; an automatic glue coating machine is used for gluing; the waste battens are laid on a cold splicing machine to form needed formed boards, specifically, shaping clamp bars are used for clamping wide edges of the formed boards after side pressure primary shaping, then the formed boards are taken off from the cold splicing machine and stored for 2-8 hours, and the formed boards are formed by taking off the shaping clamp bars after full bonding of glue and hardening; or the waste battens are spliced in a template to form the formed boards, specifically, the waste battens and the template together enter a multilayer four-faced side pressure heat press in a laminated mode for synchronous hot pressing to form the formed boards; a sanding machine is used for thickness fixing, sand-flattening and sanding; a four-side edge cutting machine is used for cutting edges, and therefore the product is obtained.
