Summary: | The invention discloses an extracting method of a paeoniflorin monomer; with an acidic aqueous solution as a solvent, and with combination of a combined extraction technology having ultrasond and microwaves combined, the paeoniflorin monomer is extracted; compared with traditional column chromatography or a macroporous resin adsorption method, the extracting method has the following obvious advantages: a) the extraction method has the advantages of being rapid and thorough, and high in efficiency, and can shorten the production cycle and improve the paeoniflorin extraction rate in the production process; b) the extracting method reduces the loss in the separation process, and is easy for operation and industrialized production; and c) with adopting of the preparative chromatography for purification, the extracting method has the characteristics of low loss and high purity of the product; the semipreparative chromatography conditions can be amplified with a certain ratio, and is applicable to industrial-graded biological medicine liquid-phase preparative chromatography devices, so as to realize industrialized production of high-purity paeoniflorin. |
