Summary:The invention provides a residual sludge dehydration-free recycling and comprehensive utilization method and system. The residual sludge is pumped into a condensing tank, sludge is naturally condensed by the self-weight, the condensed sludge in the bottom layer is directly taken out and then developed and utilized, the sludge does not need to be squeezed or dehydrated, the sludge dehydration step is eliminated, and the energy consumption is reduced. The sludge residues in each grade are all exploited and development, and thus the sludge recycling and comprehensive utilization are achieved. After extraction, the sludge residues can react with any alkaline amino acid hydrolysate to produce amino acid sustain-released silicon-calcium fertilizer, the obtained supernate can be used as a flocculant or a corrosion inhibitor, and the additional value of sludge is increased therefore. The residual sludge in a household sewage processing plant can be processed by the provided method and system to produce microbial flocculant, corrosion inhibitor, and amino acid sustain-released silicon-calcium fertilizer. The provided method and system are simple, are easy to carry out, and has the advantages of low cost and good using effect.
