Summary:The invention relates to a spherical glass double-side film laminating machine. The spherical glass double-side film laminating machine comprises a feeding machine frame, a flexible film laminating roller device and a discharging machine frame. Feeding and discharging synchronous belt units are installed in the feeding machine frame and the discharging machine frame respectively. Synchronous belt unit lifers are installed between a cross beam and the two ends of the feeding and discharging synchronous belt units and the feeding and discharging machine frames. The feeding machine frame is sequentially connected with the flexible film laminating roller device and the discharging machine frame. The flexible film laminating roller device is driven by a gear motor installed in a machine body and drives the feeding and discharging synchronous belt units at the same time. The feeding height of the feeding and discharging synchronous belt units is adjusted, and an upper film, a lower film and glass are evenly laminated together through curvature distortion of a flexible roller body along with a workpiece and pressure inside the roller body, so that the problems of different sizes and different radians of the same automotive windshield are solved; the working efficiency is improved; labor and packaging materials are saved. An air cylinder is adopted for adjusting the interval between an upper convex roller and a lower concave roller, pressure is adjusted in the film laminating process, operation is easy and convenient, and real-time adjustment can be achieved.
