Summary: | The invention discloses a synthesis method for a near-infrared fluorescent probe copper nano-cluster and a detection method for glycoprotein. The near-infrared fluorescent probe copper nano-cluster is synthesized through a one-pot method, aminophenylboronic acid is used for functionally transforming the synthesized copper nano-cluster, and the functionalized copper nano-cluster is obtained. Due to the specific action of boric acid groups on aminophenylboronic acid and cis diol in glycoprotein, the fluorescence intensity of the copper nano-cluster is quenched. A fluorescent probe can detect glycoprotein at high specificity and sensitivity. Glycoprotein widely exists in mucus, plasma, cytoplasm and cell membranes, is tightly related to living organisms, is an important physiological active material, and is tightly related to certain genetic diseases, and therefore important practical significance is provided for detecting glycoprotein. |
