Summary: | The invention relates to an oxygen saturation determinator application technology in a radial artery paracentesis postoperation haemostasis method; technical features comprise the following steps: 1, withdrawing a sheath tube for 2-3 cm after radial artery paracentesis, using a TR-Band radial artery haemostasis device to aim as a puncture point, using an adjustable buckle to fix a band on a wrist, opening a fresh air cap, using an injector to inject air so as to expand a balloon, compressing to stop bleeding, and removing the sheath tube; 2, compressing the radial artery, slowly releasing air, using the oxygen saturation determinator to measure oxygen saturation changes until reaching 97%, and bleeding should be avoided. The method can stop bleeding without blocking, is simple in operation, can greatly reduce complications, thus reducing 30-day radial artery obturation incidence rate by 75%. |
