The embodiment of the invention provides a display panel and a display device and relates to the technical field of displaying. The light-permeating rate of the display device is adjusted. The display panel comprises a plurality of sub-pixel areas distributed in a matrix mode. At least part of the sub-pixel areas comprises displaying areas used for displaying pictures and light-permeating areas used for conducting transparent displaying, and the light-permeating areas are provided with light-adjusting devices which can adjust the light-permeating rate. The display panel and the display device are used for displayer manufacturing.
