Summary:The invention provides a technology for concentrating an enzyme solution by using a hydrate process, belonging to the technical field of concentration and separation. The technology comprises the following steps: 1) introducing gas into a dilute enzyme solution and controlling temperature and pressure so as to allow the gas to undergo hydration, thereby forming hydrate slurry; and 2) subjecting the hydrate slurry to solid-liquid separation and removal of hydrate solid so as to obtain a concentrated enzyme solution. With the technology provided by the invention, energy consumption of enzyme concentration is low; concentration efficiency is high; influence on the activity of enzyme is small; decomposed water and gas obtained after separation can be cyclically used; and substantial energy saving and environmental protection effects are obtained.
