The invention relates to a novel leakproofing pneumatic tire spraying apparatus and a spraying method thereof. A spraying system includes a tire installation device, a grinding device, a sol device, a spraying device, and a cooling device, a tire installing device is provided with four stations, namely, a loading station, a grinding station, a spraying station, and a natural cooling station, each station is provided with an aluminium disc, the grinding device is arranged on the grinding station of the tire installing device to grind the tire inner wall, the sol device is connected with the spraying device to supply sol to the spraying device, the spraying device is arranged on the spraying station of the tire installing device to spray the sol to the tire inner wall, and the cooling device cools the sol sprayed on the tire inner wall. The invention further relates to the spraying method of the novel leakproofing pneumatic tire spraying apparatus.
