The invention relates to a medical walking stick, in particular to a novel medical multi-functional walking stick, and belongs to the technical filed of medical rehabilitation equipment. The walking stick has a buffering function, when a patient uses the walking stick, vibration brought by the walking stick to a hand can be buffered, the walking stick is provided with a cup and a drug containing mechanism, and the trouble of carrying water and drugs is saved during using; the walking stick is provided with a hand muscle exercise device, and hand muscle exercise can be conducted without external exercise devices. The upper end of a first threaded rod is connected with a handle, and the lower end of the first threaded rod is connected with the upper end of a cup cover. The upper end of a cup body is connected with the lower end of the cup cover, and the lower end of the cup body is connected with the upper end of a second threaded rod. The upper end of a threaded tube is connected with the lower end of the second threaded rod, and the lower end of the threaded tube is connected with the upper end of a third threaded rod. The upper end of an elastic mechanism is connected with the lower end of the third threaded rod, and the lower end of the elastic mechanism is in contact with a rubber cover.
