Summary:The invention discloses a method for removing cadmium in rice through combination of dissolution with acid solution and fermentation. The method comprises the steps of crushing and sieving the rice with cadmium exceeding the standard, then adding sieved rice powder into an acid solution according to a certain ratio, uniformly mixing, carrying out constant-temperature oscillation, washing the rice powder soaked by the acid solution through deionized water, and centrifugally dewatering the washed rice powder, thereby primarily removing cadmium in the rice; adding deionized water into the centrifuged rice powder, adding activated lactobacillus plantarum bacterial suspension and pediococcus pentosaceus bacterial suspension into the mixture, carrying out constant-temperature standing and fermenting, washing the fermented rice powder through deionized water, centrifugally dewatering the washed rice powder for further removing cadmium ions drifting from the rice, and finally, drying the dewatered rice powder so as to obtain a rice powder product with obvious reduction of cadmium content. Through the method, the removal rate of cadmium in the rice reaches up to 90% and more, and not only can heavy metal cadmium in the rice be effectively removed, but also a certain technical support is provided for the safety transfer of the cadmium rice.
