The method includes the following steps that A, a frame 40-50 cm away from the ground is arranged in a greenhouse, and flowerpots are placed on the frame; turfy soil, perlite and vermiculite are evenly mixed according to the weight ratio of 2:1:2 to form seedling substrate matched soil, the matched soil is sterilized and then placed into the flowerpots, and 8 g of urea is added to each litre of matched soil; according to the sterilization mode of the matched soil, sterilization is conducted by adding 28 g of sulphur powder to each square of matched soil and evenly stirring the sulphur powder. The orchid cultivating method has the advantages that by means of the cultivating method, the quality of the orchid can be improved, the survival rate of the orchid is increased, and the plant diseases and insect pests are effectively prevented.
