Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of 485 bus communication, and provides a 485 bus fault self-processing method and device. When the method is used for bus control equipment, the method comprises the steps that an inquiring frame is transmitted to a node on a bus; whether a response frame is received within first preset time is judged; if the response frame is not received, occurrence of a fault on the node is confirmed, and the node is deleted from the bus; and after the first preset time is due or the response frame is received, the inquiring frame is transmitted to the next node on the bus. According to the scheme, an original serial connection mode does not need to be changed, and the fault node can be accurately positioned and deleted through a one-inquiring-one-response mode so that adverse influence on the bus caused by the fault node can be avoided, normal communication of the bus system is enabled to be rapidly recovered and robustness of the bus system is enhanced. Besides, the fault node can also actively quit the bus when the fault of the fault node is discovered so that other nodes on the bus are ensured not to be influenced, and thus the whole bus can be self-covered when the fault occurs on the nodes. |
