Summary:The invention discloses an automatic welder for foil winding of a transformer. The aluminum/copper foil and connecting terminal is re-pressed and re-positioned, the welding gun drives the ball screw to move horizontally through the motor, the welding speed can be adjusted according to product sizes and materials, and the current of the welder can be adjusted according to the fusion degrees of welded seams. By adoption of the automatic welder, the problems that the transformer welding quality is poor, and the probability of burning arms of an operator, the labor intensity and the risk are all high are solved.
