The invention discloses a lens. The lens comprises multiple optical regions, namely an optical region A, an optical region B and an optical region C; the optical region A, the optical region B and the optical region C are sequentially arranged, the space included angle of the optical region A and an optical axis, the space included angle of the optical region B and the optical axis and the space included angle of the optical region C and the optical axis are different, and refracting faces and reflecting faces which are mutually matched are arranged on the optical regions and located on different planes. An LED light source module comprises the lens and an LED light source matched with the lens, and light emitted from the LED light source is refracted by the refracting faces of the optical region A, the optical region B and the optical region C and then emitted from the lateral periphery of the lens.
