Summary:The invention relates to a rust-removing liquid for an iron and steel fracture, belongs to testing techniques and solves main problems of existing rust-removing liquids. The rust-removing liquid for the iron and steel fracture comprises components as follows: 80-120 ml/l of hydrochloric acid, 2-5 g/l of stannous chloride, 2-8 g/l of sulphamic acid, 5-10 ml/l of oxalic acid and 5-10 ml/l of formaldehyde. According to the formula of the method, on the premise that rust is completely removed, hydrochloric acid which has strong rust-removing effect is used as a solvent; an ingredient of stannous chloride is added, so that the function of a reducing agent is realized; a surface protectant which is sulphamic acid is also added and works together with the reducing agent, so that the function of protecting a metallic matrix is realized; at the same time, oxalic acid and formaldehyde are added for combined action, so that in the working process, the rust-removing liquid removes an oxidation corrosion layer on the surface of the fracture effectively; however, the rust-removing liquid cannot have a reaction with the metallic matrix with the fracture surface of a part of an iron and steel product, so that the function of protecting the metallic matrix with the fracture surface is realized, and actual working condition information recorded on the metallic matrix is reserved effectively.
