Summary: | A full-hybrid mass transfer anaerobic reactor comprises a tank body and a gas-liquid separation tank, wherein the gas-liquid separation tank is mounted at the top of the tank body; a water inlet pipe is arranged on the gas-liquid separation tank; a bottom gas-collecting hood and an upper gas-collecting hood are arranged in the tank body; a sedimentation-filtration area is arranged above the upper gas-collecting hood; a gas stripping tube and downpipes are arranged in the tank body; the upper ends of the gas stripping tube and the downpipes are connected to the gas-liquid separation tank; the lower end of the gas stripping tube extends into the bottom gas-collecting hood; the gas stripping tube is provided with a liquid stripping opening in the upper gas-collecting hood; the lower ends of the downpipes extend to be above the bottom gas-collecting hood. The full hybrid mass transfer anaerobic reactor adopts the way of feeding water from the top of the tank body, water enters the reactor from the gas-liquid separation tank at the top of the tank body, and falls into the bottom of the tank body from top to bottom with a mud and water mixed liquid which is gas-stripped to the interior of the gas-liquid separation tank, and the water and the mud and water mixed liquid participate in mass transfer, so that the mass transfer efficiency is improved greatly, and the gas-liquid circulation is accelerated. Besides, a water distributor adopting the way of feeding water from the bottom of the tank body is omitted, the problem of blockage of water distribution holes is solved thoroughly, sludge overflowing is prevented, the reactor can work continuously, treatment energy consumption is low, the efficiency is high, and the effluent quality is stable. |
