Summary:The invention relates to an automatic blank separating and plate feeding machine for a thermal-insulating and fire-resistant brick. The automatic blank separating and plate feeding machine for the thermal-insulating and fire-resistant brick comprises a blank separating mechanism, a brick supporting plate conveying device, a plate feeding mechanism and a control system. Wet state blank bricks conveyed from a blank cutting machine are free of gaps. When a cylinder rod of a blank separating cylinder of the automatic blank separating and plate feeding machine extends outwards, sliding blocks arranged at the opposite end are pushed outwards, other sliding blocks are sequentially pulled by a blank separating connecting belt, the wet state blank bricks are pulled at a distance, and blank separating is completed. Under the action of a lifting cylinder, a blank pushing plate is descended to the appropriate position, and a tooth-shaped protrusion of the blank pushing plate extends into gaps between the sliding blocks and is roughly flush with the side face of a brick supporting plate. A plate feeding trolley is driven by a driving device, and the brick supporting plate and the blank bricks on the sliding blocks are pushed to a conveying belt from the sliding blocks at the same time and enter an organizing and drying procedure. The blank separating work and the plate feeding work are combined, the blank separating and the plate feeding are completed at once, a large amount of manpower is saved, the deformation of the dry blank bricks is lowered, and the brick quality is improved.
