Summary: | The invention provides a TGHB cabinet frame robot welding rack which comprises a base plate, first H-shaped steel, second H-shaped steel, third H-shaped steel, fourth H-shaped steel and fifth H-shaped steel. A first reinforcing steel plate and a second reinforcing steel plate are connected with the bottom face of the base plate to be used for supporting the base plate. The third reinforcing steel plate is arranged at the position, close to the front of the base plate, of the bottom face of the base plate. The fourth reinforcing steel plate is arranged at the position, close to the back of the base plate, of the bottom of the base plate. The third H-shaped steel is provided with a first gas pump mounting supporting plate and a second gas pump mounting supporting plate. The fourth H-shaped steel is provided with a third gas pump mounting supporting plate and the fourth gas pump mounting supporting plate. A gas pump mounting plate is connected with the first H-shaped steel, the third H-shaped steel and a first gas pump mounting connection column. By means of the TGHB cabinet frame robot welding rack, the welding quality is improved, stress can be generated in the process of resisting to the high welding temperature, it is guaranteed that deformation is avoided after welding and cooling, the number of needed operation staff is reduced, and production efficiency is improved. |
