Summary:The invention discloses a smoothing reactor of an insulating resin pouring type, and the smoothing reactor comprises a left iron core column, a right iron core column, an upper iron core, a lower iron core, and a coil clamping frame. Each iron core column is sleeved by an insulating resin pouring coil, and the insulating resin pouring coil is formed by the winding of a copper pipe and integrated with insulating resin through solidifying. The circles of each coil are arranged at intervals, and the coils are integrally wrapped by the insulating resin. The gaps between the circles of each coil are filled with the insulating resin. The upper end of each coil is connected with an outgoing wire connecting block and an incoming wire connecting block, and the lower end of each coil is connected with a cooling water connector, wherein the cooling water connector is communicated with the interior of the corresponding coils and can achieve the cooling of the coil through cooling water. The left and right iron core columns are jointed together through the upper and lower iron cores. The insulating resin pouring coils are integrated with the iron core columns in a fastening manner through the coil clamping frame. The gaps between the circles of the coils, the characteristics of insulating resin and the action of cooling water enable the overall heat-dissipation effect of the smoothing reactor to be better than the overall heat-dissipation effect of a conventional reactor.
