The wireless communication unit is connected to the data processing unit, and is used for sending the information of water flows according to the sending configuration information of the information of water flows. Through adoption of the Doppler flow velocity measuring instrument, water flows can be monitored in real time, and the real-time property of data of water flows can be improved.
