Summary: | The invention belongs to the caliper calibration technical field and relates to a caliper semi-automatic verification system. The caliper semi-automatic verification system includes a stepped caliper verification stage; one side portion of a low step surface of the verification stage is provided with a caliper body head portion supporting and clamping device; a caliper body tail portion supporting and positioning device which can slide horizontally is arranged to one side of the caliper body head portion supporting and clamping device; the low step surface is provided with a caliper frame linkage device which is used for pushing a caliper frame and is located between the caliper body head portion supporting and clamping device and the caliper body tail portion supporting and positioning device; the caliper frame linkage device is provided with a light source, a camera and a lens which move with the caliper frame; the front side portion of the low step surface is provided with a caliper front and back verification position conversion device; a high step surface of the verification stage is provided with a block gauge cleaning and arrangement device; and the bottom of the verification stage is provided with a keyboard slide stage and display linkage device which is used for moving a keyboard slide stage and a display. The verification system has the advantages of high verification efficiency and low working strength, and can improve the accuracy and verification accuracy of caliper verification results. |
