The refrigerant discharge device is used for recovering or discharging a refrigerant in a pipeline, and comprises a clamping device (1), wherein the clamping device (1) comprises a clamping groove (2); the pipeline is clamped in the clamping groove (2); a drainage device (23) comprises a pipe damage part extending to the clamping groove (2) in the radial direction of the clamping groove (2), and a drainage part for draining the refrigerant in the pipeline through the pipe damage part; the pipe damage part is movably arranged in the radial direction of the clamping groove (2); and the clamping device (1) around the pipe damage part tightly fits the pipeline. According to the refrigerant discharge device disclosed by the invention, the refrigerant can be safely and effectively recovered or discharged.
