The invention provides a lighting device including at least one lighting assembly including a transparent substrate having a bearing face and a second main surface. The bearing face and the second main surface are arranged opposite to each other. The lighting device also includes a plurality of second light emitting diode structures arranged on the bearing face and form a first main surface with a part of the bearing face without the light emitting diode structures. Light emitted by at least one light emitting diode structure in the light emitting diode structures penetrates through the transparent substrate and exits from the second main surface. The light device also includes a bearing base and a least one support piece coupled to the bearing base. The light emitting assembly is arranged on the support piece and the central shaft of the support piece inclines inward or outward axially partially. Compared with the prior art, the lighting intensity of each unit area can be increased and dual-direction, multi-direction and even all-direction light emitting can be realized.
