The invention is applicable to the field of embroidery machines and provides a ring shuttle split type fixing device. The ring shuttle split type fixing device comprises a head and a guide rail arranged at the front end of the head. A main gear is mounted in the head. The fixing device further comprises a plurality of pinions, one ring shuttle is arranged above each pinion, a lever positioning part is arranged at the front end of each pinion, the main gear is meshed with one of the pinions, and each lever positioning part locks the corresponding pinion. The ring shuttle split type fixing device further comprises a driving mechanism arranged at the front ends of the lever positioning parts, and the driving mechanism comprises at least one cam. When the projection portions of the cams turn and push the corresponding lever positioning part, the lever positioning parts leave the corresponding pinions, and the main gear drives the pinions to rotate back and forth. In the ring shuttle split type fixing device, the ring shuttles do not need to move up and down, the structural defects of existing devices are overcome theoretically, all related faults are avoided, embroidery quality is guaranteed, and production efficiency is improved greatly.
