Summary: | The invention discloses a method for removing phosphorus in a converter through blowing nitrogen. The method comprises the following steps: (1), when the first-pouring temperature is larger than 1660 DEG C, first-pouring molten steel contains 0.030-0.060% of phosphorus, and meanwhile, the liquidity of furnace slag is good, oxygen blowing by an oxygen gun is changed into nitrogen blowing and nitrogen flow is controlled to be 11500-12500 m /h; (2), the oxygen gun is dropped to a converting low gun position; (3), the oxygen gun is opened for 20-40 s, so as to enable the oxygen gun to remove phosphorus from the smelting molten steel in the converter through blowing nitrogen. The method has the advantages that average temperature drop can reach 1 DEG C per second, the average phosphorus removal ratio is 0.015%, the phosphorus removal effect is good and the peroxidating phenomenon of molten steel does not occur in a phosphorus removal process. |
