种不对称质子交换膜及其制备方法和应用

本发明属于质子交换膜领域,尤其涉及种不对称质子交换膜及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的不对称质子交换膜由含氰基的磺化聚苯醚酮质子交换膜在三氟甲磺酸溶液中浸渍制成。本发明通过使含氰基的磺化聚苯醚酮质子交换膜表面的氰基自聚,在含氰基的磺化聚苯醚酮质子交换膜的表面构建了阻醇层,从而实现了对含氰基的磺化聚苯醚酮质子交换膜表面的修饰和结构调整,不仅最大限度的保持了原有含氰基的磺化聚苯醚酮质子交换膜的质子电导率,而且阻醇层的形成显著降低了膜的甲醇透过能力。实验结果表明,本发明提供的不对称质子交换膜室温下的质子导电率高于27mS cm,室温下的甲醇透过率低于0.41×10cms。 The invention...
