Summary:The invention discloses a selenium aromatic heterocycte derivative and a preparation method thereof. The selenium aromatic heterocycte derivative is prepared and obtained through a cycloaddition reaction of product precursors, namely quadri-alkyne compounds and diaryl diselenides, coupling of three carbon-carbon bonds by a one-step method, and coupling of one carbon-selenium bond. Compared with the prior art, through the adoption of the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the tandem cycloaddition reaction can be generated under the conditions without metal catalysts, without oxidants, without additives, without guiding base groups and without protection, and the method can show broad purpose prospects in the fields of chemical production, clinical medicines and the like.
