The invention discloses a recyclable sludge treatment method comprising the following steps: A, amount reduction is carried out, wherein the sludge is pumped into a sludge wall-breaking amount-reduction system and is subjected to a cell-wall breaking treatment, such that an amount reduction effect is achieved; B, preliminary dehydration is carried out, wherein the amount-reduced sludge is dehydrated with a press filter; C, mixing is carried out, wherein the preliminarily dehydrated sludge is mixed with a composite reagent 1 and auxiliary materials, and the water content of the mixed material is 60-65%; D, high-temperature dehydration is carried out, wherein the mixed sludge is delivered to a high-temperature dehydration system, such that water content can be reduced, and eggs and plant seeds can be killed; E, separation is carried out, wherein the sludge is screened; and F, humification is carried out, wherein the separated sludge is well mixed with a composite reagent 2 by stirring, and a humification reaction is carried out. With the method, sludge can be completely turned harmless, and can be recycled and reused. The method meets the concept of environment protection, and also assists in improving economic benefits.
