Summary: | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramic-grade silicon carbide micro-powder. The method includes separating free carbon by means of flotation before superfine grinding; removing iron minerals by the aid of a pulsating high-gradient and high-intensity magnetic separator; removing simple substance silicon and free silicon by means of caustic soda treatment; carrying out fine grinding and then further reducing iron contents by the aid of mixed acid to obtain products with qualified impurity contents. The method has the advantages that the method is simple, operation can be facilitated, the content of SIC in the ceramic-grade silicon carbide micro-powder can be increased, additional value of the dry airflow smashing dust collection products with bags can be increased, the sintering quality of the ceramic-grade silicon carbide can be improved by the aid of the method for manufacturing the ceramic-grade silicon carbide micro-powder, and the method is safe and environmental-friendly. |
