The invention discloses a device for controlling the position of an insert molded screw bevel gear. The device comprises a lifting slider (1), a translating slider (2) and an oil cylinder (3), wherein a caulking groove, a jacking rod hole and an inclined chute are formed in the wedge-shaped lifting slider; a yielding hole and an inclined slide rail are arranged on the wedge-shaped translating slider; the lifting slider is connected to the upper surface of the translating slider through the inclined chute and the inclined slide rail; the right side of the translating slider is connected with the piston rod of the oil cylinder; the lifting slider slides in a movable mold support plate in a lifting manner; the translating slider can slide left and right in the movable mold support plate; the cylinder body of the oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the movable mold support plate; the upper part of a jacking rod upwardly penetrates through the yielding hole and the jacking rod hole to be located in the caulking groove; during mold assembly, the lifting slider rises to jack and push a screw to move upwards to be in close contact with a mold cavity positioning column to ensure the MD size; during demolding, the lifting slider descends to release the screw to prevent a bevel gear of the bevel gear of a product from being damaged by transverse opening of a fitting slider. Owing to the technical scheme, during insert injection molding production of the screw bevel gear, the purpose of improving the quality consistency, eliminating waste and lowering the cost are achieved.
