Summary: | The invention discloses a recyclable compound solid acid catalyst which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of gamma-aluminum oxide, 8-12 parts of mullite, 40-60 parts of silicon dioxide, 13-16 parts of wood fiber, 17-20 parts of a pure acrylic emulsion, 1-3 parts of calcium sulfate, 2.1-3.4 parts of tea saponin, 15-18 parts of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and a proper amount of water. According to the catalyst disclosed by the invention, the mullite which is acidified on the surface by using a calcium sulfate aqueous solution is uniformly loaded to silicon dioxide to form stable Al-O-Si and Ca-O-Si covalent structures. The structure of SiO2 is not damaged in the loading process and the generated compound is relatively large in specific surface area. By adding the wood fiber particles which are adhered to the surface of aluminum oxide, the capacity of absorbing H<+> is improved and the prepared compound solid acid catalyst has the characteristics of being strong in acidity, high in selectivity, recyclable, long in service life and the like. |
