The invention provides a novel automotive brake pads friction material agitator. The invention is characterized in that the agitator is composed of a rack, a mixing silo, a mixing silo cover, a fastening sealing buckle, horizontal agitating vanes, oblique agitating vanes, a high-speed cutting agitating fly-cutter, an offset arc-shaped baffle plate, a feed inlet, a discharge port, a discharge port opening and closing cylinder, an adjustable-speed motor, a high-speed motor and the like. According to the invention, the horizontal agitating vanes and the oblique agitating vanes rotate around an agitating shaft to stir, the high-speed cutting agitating fly-cutter runs in the horizontal direction at high speed, and the offset arc-shaped baffle plate makes up-turned friction materials to be misplaced and flow. By organic combination of the above three parts, the friction materials are recombined, overturned and stirred ceaselessly. Thus, the friction materials are uniform and consistent after mixed, and agitation speed and agitation effect are raised.
