The invention discloses a pump device for oil product delivery. The device comprises two pressure water tanks, a water pump assembly and two pressure oil tanks, wherein circulating water is stored in the two pressure water tanks, positive air pressure or negative air pressure is output by the two pressure water tanks through moisture separators along with the change of the amount of water in cavities, the water pump assembly is used for driving circulating water to be transferred in a reciprocating mode between the two pressure water tanks, and the two pressure oil tanks are supplied with positive pressure or negative pressure by the two pressure water tanks respectively so as to achieve oil inlet and oil outlet alternately and achieve continuous delivery of oil products. According to the device, oil product delivery is indirectly achieved through a water pump, a pump cavity of the water pump does not make direct contact with oil products and is isolated from an oil delivery pipeline, and therefore the technical performances, including sealing performance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and fire and explosion resistance, of the device are improved greatly. The device is low in cost and easy to maintain, oil product leakage is unlikely to happen, oil products can be preheated, cooled and metered, the construction cost of the oil delivery pipeline is reduced, and the stability of the oil delivery pipeline is improved.
