Summary:The invention discloses a method for realizing on-site quick assembly of a bridge support. The method comprises the technology steps of casting a pier column on site, prefabricating a beam body, hoisting the support and butting beam ends. The method also comprises the step of preassembling upper support boards and lower support boards, and mainly comprises the following steps: (1) according to design requirements, positioning lower pre-embedded boards of which the positions and number are matched with those of upper pre-embedded boards of the beam ends; (2) performing actual field measurement, finding out manufacturing tolerance data of each upper pre-embedded board and the corresponding lower pre-embedded board relative to design positions, and performing comparison; (3) selecting a group of the upper pre-embedded board and the corresponding lower pre-embedded board, of which the absolute error value is the smallest, as the benchmark of hoisting and lowering beams, and after all the upper support boards are matched and aligned with the upper pre-embedded boards, performing the operation of lowering the beams. According to the method disclosed by the invention, only the lower pre-embedded boards need to be pre-embedded on the upper surface of the pier column, and then the support is mounted correspondingly and properly, so that mounting of the lower part of the support can be completed. The mounting process of the support is simplified, the mounting efficiency of the support is improved, and time is shortened for the construction period of a bridge.
