Summary: | The invention discloses a cobalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid dechlorination method, including: acquiring a cobalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid; adding sodium hydroxide into the cobalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid for precipitation of iron and aluminum and filtering to obtain a filtrate; using an organic solvent for extraction and chloride removal treatment of the filtrate, and separating the chlorine-containing after-organic-extraction liquid and the dechlorinated cobalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid; performing reverse extraction regeneration processing on the chlorine-containing after-organic-extraction liquid and separating to obtain a back-extractant. According to the obalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid dechlorination method, most of the chlorine contained in the cobalt nickel hydroxide filter cake after-acid-dissolution liquid can be effectively removed, the process is simple, cost is low, and the method is especially suitable for nickel wet smelting process. |
